4.Kulit rasa gatal-gatal.Itu tandanya ade resdung.Jangan garu dan kalau boleh dalam tempoh sebulan ni jgn makan seafood,daging n telur.tunggu sehingga kulit dah ok..kurangkan masa cuci kpd 1-2 minit shj.
Bersihkan saki-baki sabun sehingga tiada lagi rasa licin pada wajah (menandakan yang muka bersih dari sabun yang mungkin berada di antara pori-pori di kulit).
Sila beri perhatian:
· Kulit Sensitif - sebaiknya 1-2 minit sudah memadai (tetapi untuk permulaan boleh gunakan selama 3 minit selama 2-3 hari)
· Kulit Berjerawat - gunakan selama 3 minit setiap kali cucian (2 x sehari) selama seminggu. Minggu kedua dan seterusnya memadai mengamalkan sabun seperti cucian biasa sahaja. Lakukan ‘maintenance’ 1-2 x dlm seminggu.

· Kulit berparut - amalan yang consistent dan betul membantu mengawal kesan parut dengan effective.

Heilmoor clay is the official name for the moor substance, a rare form of nutrient-rich peat which was formed during the Ice Age as the result of a geological shift which caused a layer of rich vegetation (including herbs, plants and flowers) to become submerged under up to 60 feet of clay, where it remained, cocooned within the Earth, and now totally protected against pollution.
